Do I need to make a reservation, or can I walk in?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation to ensure lane availability, we highly encourage you to make a reservation if you need more than one lane, especially during peak hours.
Can I host a party or event at your bowling center?
Absolutely! We offer party packages for birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. Contact us for more information or to book your event visit Strikers Online Reservations
Do you provide catering for events?
Yes, we offer a variety of food and beverage packages for events. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed. We offer a great selection of food and beverages on-site.
Exceptions can be made for special events, such as birthday cakes for parties.
Can I add food to my reservation the day of the event?
Yes. However, if you have a reservation for more that 15 guests, we recommend you to order food for your reservation at least 48 hours before your event.
What is your refund policy for reservations?
Refunds are not provided for unused games or time.
Reservation payments/deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date if the change occurs 24 hours in advance of the reservation.
No employee of Strikers - Sunrise will be authorized to supply cash refunds at any time.
Can I bring in alcohol?
Outside beverages are Not allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy can result in interruption of your bowling time. We serve alcoholic beverages to guests of legal drinking age. We ask that guests drink responsibly and adhere to our alcohol policy.
Can we bring decorations for a party?
You are welcome to bring decorations for your party, please note that we do not allow items that could damage the facility, such as tape on walls or backdrops. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in liability for any damage incurred.
Unscheduled celebrations with decorations are subject to a $12 cleaning fee.
Can we play music or bring a DJ for our event?
Only when you have reserved the entire center, you can bring a DJ for your event. Strikers is not responsible for hiring entertainments for reserved events.
Are there any additional entertainment options available, such as arcade games?
Yes. Arcade cards can be added to any reservation ahead of time. Arcade cards can be preloaded with any desired value.
Can I rent the entire bowling alley for a private event?
Yes. Please contact us for pricing.
Do you offer party packages or custom event options?
Yes. Please contact us, and we will be happy to accommodate to your needs for a competitive and memorable event.
Is there a deposit required to reserve an event date?
Yes, for kids birthday parties there is a 50% deposit required to secure your lanes, the balance in due at check-in the day of the event.
For regular bowling reservations, 100% deposit is required.
For larger parties or center buy-outs deposit requirements may vary, Please contact us for more information.
Do you have bumper lanes and ramps for children?
Yes, we have bumpers available on all lanes to make bowling more fun for younger children. Ramps are also available upon request.
Are your lanes accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, our facility is fully accessible, and we have adaptive equipment available for bowlers with disabilities.
